Did you get the call?

We all get the calls asking if we want to sell our home.

Investors call all hours of the day and send us letters in the mail. They're hoping they can buy your home with no REALTOR and no competition. Why? Because they buy and sell real estate every day and they know you don't. They know a REALTOR will advocate on your behalf to get you the most for your home. They know if they are competing with other buyers they will have to pay more. And they don't want that.

Investors, like other businesses, make money by buying low and selling high. And the lower they can buy, the more profit they can make. And that's fine. Everyone is in business to make money. Selling your home is your business, and you should maximize your profit by getting the most for your home sale. That's where I come in.

In the 30 days prior to April 24, 2021, 56% of Maricopa County homes sold by REALTORS using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) have sold for over the list price. The median amount over asking price sold for homes between $200,000 - $500,000 ranges from $10,00 to $26,000. The median amount over asking price sold for homes between $500,000 - $1,000,000 ranges from $22,000 to over $40,000. Even homes in the $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 have a median amount over asking price of $100,000.

So why would you only want one offer for your home? Investors certainly have their place in the real estate market. And they might be the best option for your home sale. Buy anyone offering you a quick-close cash offer to keep you from getting offers from other buyers is not "doing you a favor". And saving you thousands on real estate commissions by undercutting the market value of your home by tens of thousands is not doing you a favor.

Listing your home for sale on the MLS and working to get you top dollar for your home isn't doing you a favor, either. It's doing my job. And I love it. I don't do fix and flips, and I don't represent investors. I represent Sellers who want someone on their side to get the most from the sale of their home. If that's you, let's get started!
